» How do I request Account Cancellation?

If you are unhappy with our services or products and would like to cancel your account and subscription with SuperHostingOnline, please do the follow. Please note: account closing requests must be sent to us seven (7) days before your account is billed. Your account will be closed at the end of the month, leaving time for you to backup any data you need. If you send in your closing request six (6) days before your account is billed, you will be billed for the next month and your account will be closed in that following month.Firstly, you must login to your account using the Billing Script located here. Now you must create a Support Ticket in the Support Center, where you will copy and paste the following template and fill it in appropriately. If you are unsure of what some forms are intended for please try your best to answer them anyway.
Closing Account:
Your cancellation will be processed and reviewed. You will be contacted with confirmation of cancellation and an email explaining what has happened. |
